Which computers does it run on?

macOS and Windows. On a MacBook with a camera notch, notchbase blends into the notch itself. Everywhere else it is a floating island that tucks against the top edge of the screen.

Will it slow my computer down?

No. notchbase is a single native app written in Rust, and it only draws while something in the notch is moving.

Which music players work?

Spotify and Apple Music on Mac. On Windows, any player that shows up in the system media controls.

Can I build my own tools?

Yes, and it is easy. A tool is one short Rust file made with the notchbase SDK. Build it, drop it into your tools folder, and it shows up in the notch a second later. The notchbase tool skill can even teach Claude or ChatGPT to write one for you.

When can I get it?

Soon. notchbase is not on sale yet, and checkout opens at launch at the prices above.

How do updates work?

notchbase checks for new versions by itself and can install them quietly while the notch is idle.

What is the difference between the plans?

Monthly and yearly are subscriptions. Lifetime is a single payment.
